During graduate school Kristi began to use natural found objects in her work.  Now in addition to enamel and metal, her art work might contain anything from a snail shell to magnolia scales.  She continues to travel and discover new landscapes, finding inspiration in nature and all its varied colors, textures and shapes.

Kristina Glick was born in northern Indiana in 1974.  Her childhood years were spent living in several different states and four different countries, giving her a deep love of travel.  Growing up in an artistic family who enjoyed spending time outdoors planted seeds that have grown into a passion for the beauty of nature and for creating art.

In 1997 Kristi received her BA from Goshen College and moved to Bolivia were she lived for three years as a voluntary service worker.  Returning to the United States she began to make jewelry, a skill first learned in college.  Looking for a way to add color to her metalwork Kristi discovered enameling and was thrilled by the beauty and versatility of the medium.  In 2004 ready to focus full time on creating art, she returned to graduate school and earned her MFA from East Carolina University in 2007.
